Mr.Hong Zhihuang, born in Shantou City, Guangdong Province in November 1939, is good at traditional Chinese painting. He used to be a director of Hunan Artists Association, executive vice chairman of Hengyang Artists Association of Hunan Province, deputy curator of Hengyang Mass Art Museum, dean of Hengyang Painting and Calligraphy Academy of Hunan Province, and curator of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.Mr.Hong Zhihuang studied under Professor Guan Shanyue, Li Xiongcai and Yang Zhiguang, the masters of the Lingnan School of Painting. He has a profound artistic foundation and comprehensive development. His works incorporate Chinese and Western painting techniques, and he has in-depth research and exploration of Chinese ethnic and folk art.
